The Story
I’m relatively certain the product doesn’t exist anymore. Or if it does it’s called something else. That doesn’t really matter, what DOES matter is that this was one of the very first things I worked on as a member of an internal corporate video production team. An agency had put together an animation but the script was completely re-written. My boss’s boss didn’t necessarily want to pay for the re-do, so I stepped in and offered to try my hand at it.
I didn’t totally know After Effects when I started this project, but I got a handle on it quickly. I had to reanimate almost every scene, and build new scenes from scratch in the same style as the pre-existing assets. The end result is the video we see above.
